The Falling Walls Lab Mongolia’21+ENGAGEx open forum was organized by the NGO “ Culture and Media Project Management and Consulting” (AMPMC), the German-Mongolian institute for Resources and Technology (GMIT) and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Mongolian young researchers from The Night Poetry Network presented their new poems on the topics discussed during the two days of forum. The most interesting part of the event was the poetry section. The participants discussed a wide range of issues, including ways to promote young generation’s interests to natural science and engineering, involvement of women engineering in internalional level and in the role of regular journals in the field of technology, natural science and information dissemination.

On the second day of the forum, scientists and researchers from Ireland, India, Egypt, Finland, Germany and Mongolia involved in the Falling Walls Lab ENGAGExevent. All International Lab finalists are eligible to attend the Falling Walls Science Summit as an audience, and the international winner will receive a cash prize.Īt the end of the first and the second day, ENGAGEx hosted not only five international experts from the Falling Walls Engage Community, INWES - International Association of Women Engineers and Scientists, Falling Walls Lab Mongolia’19 engagers but also domestic and international experts, teachers also researchers and made discussion by sharing experiences.

The national winner will represent Mongolia at the Falling Walls Lab Int, which will be held in Berlin on November 8-9 th this year and compete with more than 100 international national winners. Oyungerel won the first prize and trophy by “Breaking the Wall of Indoor Air Pollution” and became the National Winner of Falling Walls Lab Mongolia’21. Batmunkh won the second prize by “Breaking the Wall of Traditional Functional Drinks” and Mrs. Ammar Abbas won the third prize in the forum by “Breaking the Wall of Latent Knowledge Discovery Through AI”, Mr. The judges focus on the works presented at the forum according to their research, results, feasibility, replicable and doable initiative for use. The forum is being successfully placed in Mongolia for the second time and the best participants were awarded on this day.
